Trusting a new Massage Therapist can be super stressful! We get it. We value your trust and hope that the information included in this Welcome Packet will alleviate any concerns and leave you feeling confident about your first visit.
Included in this packet is an introduction to your Massage Therapist, what to expect before, during, and after your appointment, what to expect while you're here, and how to come prepared.

Hello! I’m Kaitlynn and I am very excited to start this new chapter in my life; helping people relax and feel great through massage.
Many of you may already know me as the receptionist for Krome, but I am now following my true dream of helping you feel like a million bucks from head to toe. I currently specialize in Swedish Massage Therapy and have designed your experience to be specifically tailored to you.
A little about me… One of my favorite things in life is animals. I love all animals, but my true love is my 6 year old cat- Pappy.
I also love traveling, gaming, and watching movies I’ve already seen dozens of times. My ultimate vacation dream is to travel the whole world.
I am so thrilled for this new chapter in my career and I can’t wait to meet you!
Great Expectations
Parking
Spa services at Krome are located on the lower level. If you have any concerns regarding the stairway, please feel free to park behind the salon. You can notify the staff (call 423.566.7055) upon your arrival and we will let you in through the back entrance.
Policies
Late Cancellation
Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you notify the salon or your stylist 24-hours or more before your scheduled appointment time. This window will provide us with the opportunity to fill the vacated time slot. Cancellations made less than 24-hours of your scheduled appointment may be subject to a $25 rescheduling fee.
No-Call/No-Show
If you do not cancel or reschedule an appointment, and do not show up for your requested appointment, a $100 rescheduling fee will be required and payable prior to booking another appointment. Repeated no-shows will no longer be able to schedule future appointments .
Late Arrivals
We get it...stuff happens. However, to keep our schedules on track, if you arrive more than 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, we may have to either adjust which services can still be received in the time remaining (no price adjustment will be made) or reschedule your appointment. No-show rescheduling fees may apply.
