Trusting a new Lash Artist can be super stressful! We get it. We value your trust and hope that the information included in this Welcome Packet will alleviate any concerns and leave you feeling confident about your first visit.
Included in this packet is an introduction to your Lash Artist, what to expect before, during, and after your appointment, what to expect while you're here, and how to come prepared.

Hi! My name is Amanda Johnson. After living in many different places, we finally settled in this beautiful town when I was a teenager. I have fallen in love with the people and environment. It is my goal that my clients leave my chair with more love for themselves than before.
Coming from someone who has lived in different cultures, and interacted with many different people, I understand how important it is to have trust and comfort with your Lash Artist. I value the importance of connecting with my clients.
With 4 years of experience, I am happy to cater to anyone, young or old. I am a certified lash extension artist and continually strive to stay knowledgeable in the latest lash trends.

Pre-Visit
Beyond this information packet, you can expect to receive a courtesy reminder via text and/or email 24-48 hours prior to your appointment. Please refer to our cancellation policies if the need arises to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Day of Your Appointment
Before we begin, we will thoroughly discuss your lash goals and design a plan to get you there. If you have any inspiration photos, please bring them with you. The information below will help you know how best to prepare and what to expect.
Between Visits
Once your services are complete, I will make recommendations for a maintenance schedule, as well as detailed instructions for caring for your new lashes to keep you looking amazing from now until your next visit. You will receive a complimentary care kit after your service is completed.
Come Prepared
-Your eyes will have to remain closed for the entire service, therefore children are not permitted to accompany you to your appointment. If you bring your child(ren), we will have to reschedule your appointment and no-show rebooking fees will apply. Please visit our Policies page for more information.
-Please come to your appointment with lashes and under-eyes completely cleaned of any cosmetics, oils, moisturizers, etc. Any remaining residue can negatively impact lash retention. If this isn’t possible, please arrive 10 minutes early so you can cleanse before your scheduled appointment time.
-Please wear a low-bound hairstyle or braids to your appointment. High styles, ponytails, or claw clips can be uncomfortable and get in the way.
Policies
Late Cancellation
Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you notify the salon or your stylist 24-hours or more before your scheduled appointment time. This window will provide us with the opportunity to fill the vacated time slot. Cancellations made less than 24-hours of your scheduled appointment may be subject to a $25 rescheduling fee.
No-Call/No-Show
If you do not cancel or reschedule an appointment, and do not show up for your requested appointment, a $100 rescheduling fee will be required and payable prior to booking another appointment. Repeated no-shows will no longer be able to schedule future appointments .
Late Arrival
We get it...stuff happens. However, to keep our schedules on track, if you arrive more than 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, we may have to either adjust which services can still be received in the time remaining (no price adjustment will be made) or reschedule your appointment. No-show rescheduling fees may apply.
