Trusting a new stylist can be super stressful! We get it. We value your trust and hope that the information included in this Welcome Packet will alleviate any concerns and leave you feeling confident about your first visit.

Included in this packet is an introduction to your stylist, what to expect before, during, and after your appointment, what to expect while you're here, and how to come prepared.

Heather Spradlin

Stylist/Blonding Specialist

Hi there! My name is Heather Spradlin and I am a Nashville native. My husband is from LaFollette and we made the decision to move back with our little family in 2022.

I spent 10 years at a teaching salon in south Nashville perfecting my skills. Toward the end of my time there, I became a trainer and found it to be extremely rewarding. I have an education degree and I greatly enjoy teaching new stylists how to maximize their career potential.

I love being outdoors and you will find me and my family anywhere there’s water. The mountains feel like home to me, so I LOVE it here! I also love podcasts (any other armcherries out there?), reading, playing with my Bernese Mountain dog, and laughing at my favorite shows like The Office, 30 Rock, Parks and Rec, etc. I love coffee so much, I have my own espresso machine at home!

My passions in the salon are blonding, color corrections, and helping you restore your hair to its best health. If you don’t know where to start, I will be your guide. I truly love helping women find their confidence again and look forward to meeting you!

Great Expectations

Pre-Visit

Beyond this information packet, you can expect to receive a courtesy appointment reminder via text and/or email 24-48 hours prior to your appointment. Please refer to our cancellation policies if the need arises to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

You will also receive a request to complete our “Customize Your Experience!” form within 24 hours of your appointment. This form allows you to let us know some of your preferences and provides us the opportunity to give a bit of extra pampering.

If you have not yet completed our “Guest Information” form, you can do that at any time prior to your visit by clicking the link below. *You may receive an additional reminder, but it only needs to be completed once.

Between Appointments

Once your services are complete, I will make recommendations for a maintenance schedule, as well as the products you will need to recreate and maintain your new style to keep you looking amazing from now until your next visit.

Be Our Guest!

If you haven't already completed our digital Guest Information form or need assistance, please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment. We will take our time guiding you through your first visit.

With our in-depth consultation, you'll feel at ease and excited from start to finish. We keep a large selection of refreshments (menu included below) and are happy get you anything you would like before we get started. If you would like to use our WiFi, the password is 4235667055

Clean, dry hair

Please come to your appointment with clean, dry hair, free of root touch-up sprays, dry shampoo, and heavy styling products. A blank canvas helps ensure optimal results!

Clothing

As hard as we try, water and/or color can make its way to your clothing. Please wear a top that you wouldn't mind getting wet, or possibly stained.

Please avoid bulky necklines, turtlenecks, hoodies, etc. They can be challenging to work around and may alter the outcome of your service.

Children

Salons can be very dangerous for unsupervised children. For their safety, we respectfully request that another adult be present to supervise children, or that they not accompany you to your appointment.

Inspiration Pictures

 You are more than welcome to bring photos of cuts and colors that you love. Verbally explaining what your desired result is can be a huge challenge, and photos can make all the difference.

Salon Policies

Late Cancellations-

Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you notify the salon or your stylist 24-hours or more before your scheduled appointment time. This window will provide us with the opportunity to fill the vacated time slot. Cancellations made less than 24-hours of your scheduled appointment may be subject to a $25 rescheduling fee.

 

No-Call/No-Show-

If you do not cancel or reschedule an appointment, and do not show up for your requested appointment, a $100 rescheduling fee will be required and payable prior to booking another appointment. Repeated no-shows will no longer be able to schedule future appointments .

 

Late Arrival-

We get it...stuff happens. However, to keep our schedules on track, if you arrive more than 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, we may have to either adjust which services can still be received in the time remaining (no price adjustment will be made) or reschedule your appointment. No-show rescheduling fees may apply.
